    Can't change country/region


    So i've tried to download a 360 game on my xb1, but it said i had to change my payment options. I tried doing just that and clicked the link and got to the Billing Contact Information page. It said at country /region: United Kingdom, but i am from the netherlands.
    Now i have tried and succeeded at changing my country and adress on my xbox and microsoft account, yet when i tried download it again the same thing happened.

    Please help.

    Can't change billing country/region

    As in heather, I can not seem to be able to change country/region while setting up billing info for xbox 360 on xbox one. I need to do it in order to download free games coming with gold membership. There is no drop down menu for this option and it's stuck
    in United states but I live in Canada so I also can't change province. Billing info for gold on xbox one is fine, consol is set up for Canada. Any thoughts?

    are you using a VPN? Because it's certainly appears that the system is unable to read your location
