Can't change colour or background

    Can't change colour or background


    Replaced 11 month xbox one with new. The new had strange goings-on. Fifa wouldn't sync and home screen has no graphics. So took back.to.Game store. My new 3rd has just been plugged in and yes not graphics on home page or ability to change colour etc. Waiting
    for fifa to.download again and I bet it want syc? Any areas because it can't be a 3rd xbox fault.????

    Background and color

    Transparency only works when you have custom or achievement art selected as background, Try setting an achievement as a background then change back to solid background colour of your choice .

    Xbox One October Update

    I'm in the Preview Program, and since I got the latest update it won't let me change my gamerpic or my background colour.

    Will the Xbox One have diffrent themes and gamerpics?

    It should as well as being able to change the Dashboard's background colour and add a pic if you want to. A black background is kinda boring :D
