Can’t change club pic or background!!

It is temporarily disabled for everyone to change their gamerpic, club pics and club backgrounds.

As people look to gaming for social connection, we’re seeing record numbers across Xbox Game Pass, Xbox Live, and Mixer. To streamline moderation and ensure the best experience for our community, we’re making small adjustments. We've temporarily turned
off the ability to upload custom gamerpics, club pics, and club backgrounds.

It's an unpleasant situation when we have to impose limits on the activities we do in everyday life, but we have to be patient and understanding: the Xbox support team is doing everything possible to reduce the impact of Covid -19 on the activities of
players and subscribers.

I understand you're angered. As I understand it, the xbox support team is getting swamped with additional support requests as more people are at home and have more time to enjoy their systems and run into bugs. Slightly less impactful bugs may have been
put on the backburner so as to be able to prioritize.

It has to with the fact the moderators are short staffed and working from home due do a global pandemic. Being mad about this is counter productive. They are doing the right thing.
