Can't change birthday in MY INFO

On some countries, kids can change their birthdate when they are at least 13. But on other countries, kids can only change their birthdate with the parents permission if they are less than 18 years old.

Just know that while it is possible to change the birthdate shown in your Microsoft profile, your Xbox account will always use the birthdate entered during account creation. You can never change the birthdate associated with an Xbox account.

And as HomegrownSilky said, changing your Microsoft account birthdate does not change your Xbox profile birthdate. So if you want to change your birthdate to change your Xbox profile privacy settings or to play a game you don't have the age to play, it will not work.

To verify, a child account can't change their birthday, but an adult account CAN change their birthday if they so wish. I CAN change the birthday that's associated with my account, I CAN'T change the birthday associated with my daughter's child account.

I went into my settings and "changed" my birthday i.e just filled out the info again, saved it, logged out and back in and it worked.
