    Sorry to hear about the frustration! With the recent changes on the website to reflect Xbox One, the only way to change your bio is to follow the direct link Cloud posted. You can also check out

    My suggestion depending on where you are having trouble changing your bio is as follows:

    If you are having trouble updating your bio on the xbox, try making the change on the xbox website on your pc (if on pc, try changing your profile bio on your xbox).
