Can't change bio from the Xbox website

I've heard about the Xbox website being updated, but since then, every time I click on profile to change my bio/motto it takes me to a new page that brings up my xbox one profile with no option to change my bio,name,location and motto. I know that you can
just do it on your Xbox 360, but I always found it convenient to do it on the computer.

I can't change my bio online and i can't change it on the xbox either. Seriously, Microsoft needs to fix their website. It's so unprofessional.

 

Cannot edit bio, location, name via console.

My bio on my xbox doesn't appearing and than on the website it doesn't show me change bio since they updated the website... that's *** up !! Help me.

You should be able to change your bio on the below page

live.xbox.com/.../GamerProfile

BTW how can we see the bio from others? Is it still possible?

 

That link is what I was looking for! Only problem is that it still won't update/save. I have my profile on the 360 and the One if that makes any difference. Any ideas on why it won't work?

 

i hate the new update i was having that problem as well

So I use a Mac, and through Safari, for some reason it won't update/save. However, for all you Mac users, download Firefox and it will save using that browser. Why? I have no idea. I haven't tried any other browsers yet, but I know firefox works.
