Can't change address!?

I'm sorry you have this problem. Follow the instructions below for a solution.

When you add security information, you must verify that you can receive a security code at that email address or phone number. If you skipped this step when you initially set up your account, you'll need to do it when prompted.

If you updated your security information a while ago, you may be asked to sign in with your Microsoft account, add security information to your account, or verify your Microsoft account information.

Note If you have changed your security information in the last 30 days, you will have to wait for the 30-day period to pass before you can change it again. This waiting period is to protect your account if an attacker gains access to your password.

Here's how to verify your Microsoft account security information:
Sign in to the security settings page with your Microsoft account email address and password.

Security settings
Thoroughly check all phone numbers, alternate email addresses, and security questions and answers associated with your Microsoft account.

If any of this information is outdated or incorrect, update it.
Important Update incorrect security information, do not delete it. If you delete incorrect information, your account will be locked.

Change 360 account region. It will ask to verify your identity (security code), once you verify change the region to region 1 and give it another shot and keep us posted!

Thanks! I tried this and it told me that I had already changed my region in the last 12 months...





But! I did do some other snooping around and I noticed in my
billing profiles that I have two profiles. One is in Sweden and the other in the US. My next question is then, how do I delete the old profile? I obviously do not need both profiles, since the Swedish address will not be used again.
