    Can't change accounts on the XBOX Hub Insider App


    I've just installed the XBOX Hub Insider App but logged in with the wrong account.

    After going to settings and pressing Switch Account, nothing happens.

    I tried reinstalled the app but to no avail.

    I'd appreciate your help as I'm trying to play a technical alpha that ends on the 5th of November.

    I downloaded the Xbox Insider-Hub App and got into the wrong Account and now iam not able to change the account

    iam klicking on change account but nothing happens please Help!!!

    Xbox Insider Program Problem

    When I load the xbox insider hub app on xbox, It says "You can't join the Xbox Insider program because of your past behavior'.

    I contacted the indicated support and they were able to get me a workaround.

    Singing out of the Xbox app and into the desired account, automatically logged me into the correct account on the Xbox Insider Hub.

    I've also sent feedback of the problem.

    Worked for me too. This needs to be shown to anybody who is having troubles with this issue. I have been in support chats for hours trying to figure out a solution to this, and finally I came across this information.

    Singing out of the Xbox app and into the desired account, automatically logged me into the correct account on the Xbox Insider Hub.

    How do I delete my xbox account??

    I have a gamertag, say "A", and got (without being able to make a choice) "B" when I installed the Xbox Insider Hub.

    I got a message that my 'store' account wasn't the same as my Xbox account.

    But I can't change "B" to "A"! Even after deinstallation of the Xbox Insider Hub.

    Trying again to install the Hub, I received "B" again!

    How can I login with "A" in a Xbox Insider Hub??
