Can't change account region

Recently I wanted to change my account region to redeem a gift code. The problem is that I don't have an option to change it on my Microsoft account page. See image above

Hello AdeeBL, I don't know what your region is, but even if you can change your account region, you may not be able to redeem the code you have.

Ideally, try to purchase a code from the same region you purchased from.

Do you live in a xbox live region

If not DONT CHANGE your account region

You cannot change it for 3months and if it's not a supported region it will be use less for 3months

If you created the account within 3months you MUST wait till your 3months are up

Unfortunately translate cannot work on that picture

Sorry, but you can't transfer the region of an account. You'd have to create a new account in order to change the region of an account.

I'm afraid you can't gurantee you won't loose anything when you change region.

you can't once region and age on an account has been set it can't be changed you would have to create a new account in your new region.
