    Can't change account privacy settings online


    Whenever I try to go to account settings for my account online (account.xbox.com/settings) the page doesn't load and I am instead sent to some random support page for privacy settings. The support page itself even has tje link to the account settings but I can't go to it because I just get sent back to the support page. I've been trying to change simple settings for days and I can't even get to the page. This is extremely frustrating.

    I can not change my privacy and security information online..

    If you can't change your privacy settings online you have a child account and only your parental account can do that for you

    When i want to change online safety and privacy settings then pops up https://support.microsoft.com/pl-pl/help/4026796/microsoft-account-change-childs-xbox-privacy-online-safety-settings and i can't do
    anything with this settings. ANd for feply tehere is no error code just this what i tell i previous message. I can't use paintjobs and auctions in Forza.

    Changing date of birth

    Hi during setting up the Xbox one for my son I entered my date of birth instead of his by mistake. Can I change this? If so I don't know how to thanks.

    Also what privact settings should i have on there to protect my son whilst gaming online?
    As far as I'm aware you can't change the date of birth for an Xbox account. However, you can change the privacy settings of the account. you can do this by going into settings, account and then selecting privacy and online followed by Xbox live privacy. these
    settings can be changed to allow messages, online play etc.

    I have the same problem. Bought and downloaded from the Windows10 store but, when I launch the game I get this error message: "Change your settings to play. You can't play multiplayer games because of how your account is setup. Go to your privacy & online
    safety settings on xbox.com to change this." I've looked at all privacy & online settings, can't seem to fix this issue.
