Can't cast to Xbox via android phone

My Xbox does not show when searching for players on my phone selecting the cast button for Netflix or YouTube. Device connections are set to allow connections from any device, allow play to streaming and allow game streaming to other devices. Have I missed
something?

That did it cheers. My other xbox doesn't have the wirless display installed and I have never had an issue with that one. Meh.. technology. Thanks again.

Hi

There is a Wireless display app you might need to install and run for it to show up as an available connection.

Give that a try, see if it shows.

Hi not sure if you got the other response as it was in a feedback box. I have smartglass on my phone and it picks up the Xbox. It is the streaming or casting it doesn't. I tried to locate xbox apps in preferences but there isn't that option only notifications_capture
and share_feedback and three more.
