    Can't cancel Xbox live


    I can't cancel my Xbox live.I was trying to by one month for 10$ but it bought it twice. How do I cancel one of them. It doesn't work if I go to cancel there isn't a cancel button

    Billing issues cannot be dealt with over email only by phone

    When you purchase a gold membership through the xbox it turns on auto renewal. You can check your account at billing.microsoft.com to verify it. You would have to call support in order to turn auto renewal off. If the card is attached to an active gold membership,
    then it cannot be removed.

    well since it's my mom's card i suppose she'd have to give the last 4 digits but its 12:32am here so too late to phone i'll have to wait till in the morning.

    You need to answer the other validation questions like last 4 digits of the creditcard or debit if you don't have a secret question it's simple update your windows live id to have one if you have access to the account you can update the windows live Id which
    is a good idea if you ever forget the password
