Cant cancel the Xbox Game Pass subscription

Hello, I can not cancel the Xbox Game Pass. The subscription was automatically paid on July 11, 2018 for a month, and in the subscription settings it is written that the validity period expires in less than a week on July 10, 2013, which simply can not be,
as today is 14.07.2018. Please help to cancel the subscription and return the money.

Hi,

I would like to cancel the Xbox Game Pass free trial 14 days.

I stopped the automatic renew option but I cant cancel the Xbox Game pass 14 days free trial.

I cant find the Xbox Game Pass cancel option.

Please help

To cancel Sub , The Subscription must be more than 3 months ( mean yOu cant cancel 1 month sub ) And You can Stop Auto Renew to avoid that thing happen again

and disable auto renew.

For refund you will need to contact the official Xbox Support. They are the only ones that can determine if a refund is possible or not.

Please keep in mind if you choose to do upgraded xbox subscription to ultimate game pass that canceling isnt recommended

Its.best to turn off autorenewal as you cant downgrade.until the subscription is up and canceling wont downgrade you you forfeit.the month you have as per the terms of the free upgrade
