Can't Cancel the game pass free trial

Game Pass is a subscription service so it needs a payment method to use it. The one month free is like a free trial and, at the end of the trial, you will be charged for monthly game pass unless cancelled.

If you bought it at a discount with ea pass you will have to talk to ea

As long as you see the price as free when you make the purchase, you won't be charge. If you purchase any type of subscription trial, like game pass, you won't be charged if you cancel the subscription before the trial ends.
