Wanting to cancel my Fallout 1st subscription because I don’t play the game anymore and it automatically renewed and wanting it to be canceled, but when I did try to cancel it it said this “You’ve already paid for your Fallout 1st subscription which expires automatically on 8/11/2021” help

Hi Christine!

I am afraid that you cannot cancel a subscription if you don't have access to the account where the charges are coming from. You may check your other emails or accounts or family member's account if they have one active subscription that's using your card.

If you couldn't find the account, please directly contact your bank to dispute those charges and block future charges.

If the account is past due and a balance owed you need to pay the owed balance. you cannot simply cancel with an owed balance then switch to gold and skip out on a debt.
