    First off, I'd just like to say that I'm absolutely appalled by the system microsoft has set up here. It's so easy to sign up for xbox live, but when you try to cancel, they make it ridiculously difficult. Why can't I just unsubscribe on my xbox?

    Well, anyways, I was forced to go on my computer to unsubscribe. I logged into my account, clicked on subscriptions, then it asked me for my security email. I made the account like a year ago, and I can't remember what my security email is at all, plus it
    doesn't even tell you what the email is. They never asked me for my security email when I was adding a credit card to my account, so don't even try to excuse this requirement as a safeguard for the customer. They're blatantly trying to make it more difficult
    to unsubscribe, so they can steal money from customers. I was billed another 10$ because of this scumbag move microsoft has pulled. Needless to say, I'm never subscribing to xbox live again. Now how do I get my card off this account? And how do I get refunded
    the 10$ that they stole from me?

    hi, i've a little problem, i can't cancel my automatic subscription on the xbox live, when i try to cancel on the website they tell me that i've find a flaw in the system and i can't continue...

    how can i cancel only the automatic subscription without cancel the xbox live subscription? i want to pay with prepaid card instead of credit card

    HI! Just a thought if you would rather do so you can cancel the subscription and remove thee card at commerce.microsoft.com by entering your MSA email and password. You will not be able to get a refund for a one month subscription. The security proofs
    have been required on any new account for several years now. As Smwutches said you can always contact Customer Service directly as well
