Can't cancel my Xbox Live Abonnement

it might be best to get in touch with Support.

For that follow this link: http://support.xbox.com/contact-us#4:0:6 and select the "Chat with Xbox Support" or Phone option.

They can work that out with you and cancel it for you if you cant do it on your own on the site linked above.

The 19th of december, i paid for 1 month of xbox live gold and 1 day after i cancelled the automatic paiement.

When i try to use my abonnement i can't also i paid for it. Can you help me ?

i would juste test game pass since 1 day and i cancelled it. My live abonnement was activate since june with gift card
