    Can't cancel my Live Gold


    So, since I don't use my Xbox One as much as before, and I've never been a fan of mutiplayer games, I decided to cancel my Live Gold.

    The problem is that I can't cancel it, the website doesn't give me the option.

    Cancel my Subscription

    I'd like to cancel my xbox live gold subscription. But since my account is suspended i can't do it. Is there any way you guys could cancel it for me?

    I checked my gold tenure on the link eG x Thee Elf posted and mine says

    Prepaid 12M Xbox LIVE Gold this one isn't canceled

    gold 1 month free trial canceled

    but yet I have no number next to my name

    I don't want to convert my Xbox live gold pass to a game pass ultimate

    Ultimate Game Pass can't be converted back to Live Gold and if you cancel Ultimate Game Pass you will lose the Live Gold, so it is best to turn off recurring billing and wait for the Game Pass subscription to expire then get Gold after that.
