Can't cancel my EA Access subscription

Hi!

As the title says I cannot find a way to cancel my EA Access subscription. I have tried to log into my account on Microsoft and go to the subscriptions tab but there is no EA Access in my subscriptions.

How do I remove it? As for now it just drains my money.

if i get ea access then download bf4, them cancel my subscription to ea access, am i able to play bf4 for free still?

I'm sure being EA you have to jump through a ton of hoops. I found this on Kotaku, though I don't know how up to date it is.

If you do not want EA Access anymore, you should be able to cancel it on
account.microsoft.com then select services and subscriptions, and under EA Access select payment & billing, then select cancel.
