Cant cancel Game pass subscription

I buy game pass with gift cards becouse i dont have another option.

Now when i want to buy it again with gift card which i already activated on this account it says error and redirects me on account services where it says in red you need to pay 119kč i have 240kč on my account wallet so when i try to pay with my wallet founds
it still ask for a credid card or phone (i dont have t-mobile). and i cant cancel it or upgrade it so now i cant use my money to buy it again.

Please cancel my subscription microsoft.

Please also keep in mind, that if you cancel your game pass ultimate it will also cancel gold and the game pass subscription aswell in that moment you cancel your ultimate subscription.

Game pass ultimate includes gold and the game pass subscription so if you have the gold and purchase the ultimate subscription it will cancel the gold subscription and put it in with the ultimate. The Gold subscription will show as being cancelled in your
subscriptions.

Please keep in mind if you choose to do upgraded xbox subscription to ultimate game pass that canceling isnt recommended

Its.best to turn off autorenewal as you cant downgrade.until the subscription is up and canceling wont downgrade you you forfeit.the month you have as per the terms of the free upgrade
