    Can't cancel EA Access


    I wasted the past 4 hours trying to cancel this EA Access money grab garbage. Googled, forum searched, tried 3 different browsers.

    There is no way to cancel it,

    I tried https://account.xbox.com/en-US/MyAccount and
    https://account.microsoft.com/services which is SAME page.

    Which everyone and EA support keep saying it is, its
    NOT.

    Only options to renewal or pay now. The ONLY option with me is CANCEL, I not going to pay to cancel.

    Can't cancel my EA Access subscription

    Hi!

    As the title says I cannot find a way to cancel my EA Access subscription. I have tried to log into my account on Microsoft and go to the subscriptions tab but there is no EA Access in my subscriptions.

    How do I remove it? As for now it just drains my money.

    You'll want to contact support and speak to billing and they can cancel it for you. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

    If you do not want EA Access anymore, you should be able to cancel it on
    account.microsoft.com     then select services and subscriptions, and under EA Access select payment & billing, then select cancel.
