    i was hoping you could remove the auto renewing on my live subscription, for I've tried all the methods offered on your website explain how but i can't seem to make to work. i am hoping of canceling it because i can't afford to pay for it and i don't play
    it much anymore for i don't have the time.

    so i decided to join ea access to see what it all was about and its pretty rubbish like the help on here. so im going to cancel my renewal and i everytime i click cancel auto renewal it say opps you've found a glitch in a system then backs me out. so i cant
    actually cancel that auto renewal because of a fault on theior side. i dont want it and i dont want to pay for it but i cant get rid of it. please help

    You would need to phone support for your region & cancel it that way.

    They are the only ones who can help with anything to do with billing

    You can try turning it off on
    https://billing.microsoft.com     if that doesn't work then I would do as Daft Badger said and contact support by phone and they will be able to take care of it for you.

    90% of services require subscriber verification via phone to change or add services online self services are new and only feature certain things



    this includes cellphone cable hydro etc etc

    customer service has been around since the invention of the phone even before then

    whisper customer service ain't new
