    Can't cancel auto renewal on xbox site


    There is an error every time I've tried on multiple browsers. My phone is also out of action at the moment so I can't call. Why is it so hard to just allow me to turn it off on the website? When I try it doesn't allow me to proceed if i choose to turn auto
    renewal off. The button is just greyed out and I can't proceed. Am I just going to be charged another fee simply because the site doesn't work properly?

    I can't get my auto renewal off, and in subscriptions I can't find and option saying cancel auto renewal what do I do?

    I would suggest to find a phone to call. I have had the same problem before trying to stop auto renew, I had to call in to do it. Have you trued to remove your credit card info so there is nothing to charge?

    To cancel auto-renewal you need to go too the xbox website then go too payment and billing find Xbox game pass then turn off auto renewal on the game pass

    then it should cancel your auto renewal.

    Auto renew.

    I accidentally renewed my account using a debit card, not realising my account was on auto renew, then added a few months worth of prepaid cards. I wanted then to cancel this auto renew setting, went through all the menus - subscriptions/billing info etc.
    and there is no link letting me cancel auto renew. whenever I try and just remove the debit card to prevent future transactions taking place, it says I must cancel auto renew, but I can't?

    Does anyone have a solution to this?
