Cant cancel a subscription

so i got a free trial for a vpn and now that its over i would like to cancel it but instead it only gives me the option to pay the $100 to keep using their vpn

If you do not have a Microsoft account with an active subscription or service and you did not purchase anything from Microsoft, meaning this is really an unauthorized charge, I would suggest you to contact your bank or credit card company, dispute the charge and request them to stop all future payments from Microsoft.

I understand your frustration. This was probably done by someone who stole your bank account or credit card information and used it to purchase a service or subscription from Microsoft. If you don't know the account these products or subscriptions are being purchased for, Microsoft billing support team might not be able to cancel the purchases and refund you.

Keep in mind if it is upgraded time dont cancel

As you would forfeit all the upgraded time better to turn off autorenewal plus you wouldMT be charged till time +the 1month trial is left

And have you tried downloading your profile again, ?

You forfeit it if you cancel and only receive the 1dollar back
