Can't calibrate Kinect camera

I can't calibrate the camera on my Xbox One Kinect. In Settings>Kinect & Devices>Kinect>I moved my Kinect sensor or I'm having trouble with Kinect, if I skip the audio check it immediately returns to the previosu screen. If I go through the audio check,and
click "next" it also just goes back to the previous screen. Kinect is not seeing my floor at all and needs to be adjusted, please help. Thanks.

Kinect recalibration

There should be a step to calibrate the microphone on the Kinect when you go to the "Kinect can't hear me" option.

Kinect sign in problem.

It's usually a silly solution to this kind of thing. Try these.

1. Do a cold reboot of the whole system.

2. Try cleaning the camera lens with a duster.

3. Re-calibrate the audio for your Kinect.

4. Unplug it from the back of your Xbox then plug it back in.

 

Sorry to hear it. Can you please try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down then unplug it and let it sit for 10 minutes? That should fix the issue for you.

 

Thanks but unfortunately I just tried and that didn't work either. Any other ideas?

 

I'm having the same problem with the kinect. I can't get to the place where it allows calibration of the tilt in setup. I can only do the audio calibration. I haven't tried unplugging the console yet.

 

Foggy - are you in the preview program? I am, and I'm wondering if the issue might have been caused by a system update.

 

This function has either gone away with the update or is a bug in the update. I've also lost the ability to use the adjust tilt.

 

Same issue here. Power cycling (hard reset & unplug for 2 minutes) does not work. Neither does disconnecting and reconnecting the Kinect cable. The option for troubleshooting the Kinect only checks the audio, and when it's done, just return to the Kinect
settings screen. In essence, both troubleshooting options ("I moved my Kinect (...)" and "The Kinect can't hear me") do the exact same thing, neither of which result in video calibration. I am no longer in the insider preview program, though I used to be.

I need to adjust the floor/tilt settings but it won't ever show me that option...

 

I recently purchased a new Xbox One and just connected the Kinect sensor last night. I'm experiencing the exact same thing as above. I am unable to get to the screen that allows me to calibrate the camera angle, just audio.

I'm having the same problem, I tried to calibrate my Kinect sensor and it's only shows the audio test.

If this helps to check, or make any difference, my region/language is Brazil/portuguese.
