Cant bye game error code: PUR3001

Rly need help as im trying to buy a game but cant as it comes up and says: your settings do not allow purchases. I go to settings to change them so i can buy but then says i need a parent account to changesetting but when i set it up it said me and adults
can change settings FFS MICROSOFT WHAT THE FU*K!

Iv had this problem since the end of June and still is't fixed. Iv called customer support many times and they keep me updated for awhile, but has stopped. So im just wondering when this is going to be fixed because it is really annoying having to use another
account to buy things for my account.

Hey up guys! I'm having a problem that i can't solve. Bought an Xbox one today and already something is not right. First thing i did was i downloaded Tomb Raider as it's for free for Gold members. No problems there, Installed it and played it for a few hours.
Next thing i wanna do is buy a new game on Xbox one Game marketplace but it won't let me.

''Your settings are blocking purchases of free or paid content. If you still want to buy this, first change your settings to allow purchases. Parents will have to change this setting for children''. - What is this? On Xbox 360 there was
no such problem as i was buying game digitally all the time. Checked them settings - it is already set to anything, so there shouldn't be any restrictions.

Please help.
