Im trying to change the pay method but i cant, i cant buy things with my microsoft account, helpª

It depends on what you're trying to buy.

Currently, you can't buy Xbox 360 backwards compatible games with Microsoft Account money on the Xbox One or on the website. But you can buy with Microsoft Account Credit on a real Xbox 360.

Some subscriptions like EA Access can't be paid with Account balance as well.

So in order to help you better, it would be necessary to know what exactly you want to buy with your Account balance.

Hello,Microsoft i dont not understand something how can u say that i can not buy add-ons with Microsoft balance when Xbox is litterally made by Microsoft im not the richest of people to get an Xbox im 15 my african parents are not the type to buy me an Xbox i get good grades n everything n they still wont buy me an Xbox n i used my only savings to buy myself a 15 euro gift card just only to know i wasted my savings n can not buy myself a fortnite add-on .
i find it rlly annoying that i cant use it . IS THERE A FLIPPING REASON Y I CANT U MICROSOFT BALANCE

Is there a specific reason why you need to buy it from the Xbox? If you buy it on a different device it will be available on your Xbox after purchase.

A debit card or other payment method is required for Game Pass Ultimate but game purchases should be possible without a card. As long as you have selected to pay with your Microsoft balance, and you have enough in your balance, your card won't be charged.
