    I need to buy xbox live gold.I added my card and tried to pay but it says that " you are not authorised for your payment ” I need help for this i tried contacting the agent and the agent tried to help me but didnt came out with results.If u cant resolve

    You cant buy Xbox Live Gold with Xbox gift Cards, it's not You wanted but You can use that money now in games.

    Can you explain a bit more detailed what you have bought exactly?

    If you have bought a 15€ Xbox gift card and redeemed it you can buy Games / DLC and Movies with that.

    To play online you need a Xbox Live Gold membership, Infos about that can be found here: www.xbox.com/live/gold , which cant be bought with Account Balance.

    To buy Gold you need Paypal / CreditCard or buy a Xbox Live Gold Card in a store of your choice.
