    Cant buy Xbox Live Gold


    Cant buy Xbox Live Gold Membership.

    When I choose one of the three membership options (1 Month, 3 Months or 12 Months) and I click "Confirm Purchase" my xbox just jumps back to the screen with the Membership Options again. This is a new account and I've added my Visa card. I cant find the
    problem anywhere on the Xbox Support pages.

    Does anybody know?

    You cant buy Xbox Live Gold with Xbox gift Cards, it's not You wanted but You can use that money now in games.

    Can you explain a bit more detailed what you have bought exactly?

    If you have bought a 15€ Xbox gift card and redeemed it you can buy Games / DLC and Movies with that.

    To play online you need a Xbox Live Gold membership, Infos about that can be found here: www.xbox.com/live/gold , which cant be bought with Account Balance.

    To buy Gold you need Paypal / CreditCard or buy a Xbox Live Gold Card in a store of your choice.
