Cant Buy Xbox Gold Membership

Been trying for the last few hours to purchase a xbox gold membership, via xboxone and via my desktop computer, to no avail. I keep getting the error message "NLXiEZSFgke5DFZn.1.1.4.7 2016/09/03 - 02:43:06 UTC" Something happened on our end. Waiting
a bit might help.

But waiting "a bit" hasn't helped at all. Frustrating to say the least, as I am unable to play a demo at all without online multiplayer capability.

Cant buy gold membership with paypal but i can buy points for some reason?

 

I have Gold but it wont let me play online

when i go to buy xbox gold it says u already have it so now i cant play eaven tho i have xbl gold membership

 

Log in here and see what it says about your subscription. If it shows anything like past due, suspended, canceled, etc... then you will need to contact support directly to get the issue resolved. support.xbox.com/.../contact-us

Log in where? The link you gave me is back to the support page. I tried to subscribe via the website and it gave me the same type of error message. I have never had an xbox live/gold/whatever subscription in the past, so I doubt it is pass due, suspended,
etc.

funny is that i cant open a new thread and i'm getting more and more angry at xbox and microsoft over all i sort of have similar issue but mine is that i cant activate my 3month gold gift card on my xbox and not on xbox.com. any usefull help would be realy
apreciated.

PS: dont answer with "your account has an open balance." or something like this my account only has the "one drive" and nothing else its valid etc.

 

Any billing issue you use contact xbox support directly we cannot help.with billing issues

 

If you bought it from emailed keep.in mind that codes are region specific soma UK code won't work.on a us account

 

as i sayd there is NO issues with any billings because i DONT have any thus the "PS: dont answer with" it is bought from the shop not via email.

also i would of taken contackt with support loong time ago if i only could. You have to fill in youre name and i CANT fill it inn as it dosent give me that option just automatically fills in my email and thats it.
