    So im trying to buy xbox gold membership but everytime i go to buy it i enter all my details but when it comes to the state/province part my State isnt there so i poked around and found out it my be cause my account is in a different country so when i went
    to region change i tried to change it but it wouldnt let me and i cant find anyway to fix it. Need Help Please

    New to Xbox, Question About Live

    You would need Xbox Live to buy things.

    If you're referring to a Gold membership, you don't need one to make purchases. You'll be fine with the free membership.

    You cant use your accounts currency balance to purchase xbox live or use xbox live trial. You have always had to have a credit/debit card on file in order to use trials offered on the xbox or to purchase membership.

    If you want to use a trial thats being offered on the dashboard or purchase gold membership on the dashboard youll need a credit or debit card on file.

    Otherwise you will just need to buy an xbox live gold membership card instead
