    Can’t buy Xbox game pass


    Hi, i am trying to buy gamepass for xbox 1x for my son. We got the xbox gift card and we redemed the card. He has enough credit for 1 month subscribtion but every time we try to purchase it, it says error and we cant purchase it.

    That sounds like he may have had a subscription in the past and they were unable to charge him for the recurring subscription and he may have a balance that is owed. If so, the balance would have to be paid with a credit card/Paypal before the account
    funds can be used. You can check to see if he owes a balance at http://commerce.microsoft.com or contact support and speak to billing. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us
