Can't buy Xbox 360 games with beckwards compatibility

I have 4 codes for Gears of War games as a gift for purchasing Gears of War 4. But I can't redeem them, errors happens. What can XOnlineAccountsNonXenonUser mean?

Also I can't buy any Xbox 360 games. Some region restriction error happens, if I try to buy via site. I live in Russia, everything set to Russia. If I try to get any 360 game via Xbox One menu, I can't get the price. Screen should freeze for a moment and
then it should show the price. My screen just freezes forever. A friend of mine can get any game. I can't even get those which are free on Games with Gold promotion.

Cannot buy games with backward compatibility (Trial Gold)

Hello 2 days ago and now i can't buy game with backward compatibility on xbox one s, i have 1 month trial gold, i read on some forum that becouse of that i have trial Gold i can't buy games with backward compatibility, is that true or this is other problem?

I want to get forza horizon 1 for backward compatibility but I can't buy on Xbox one or 360 or on Xbox website

nope! som crazy stupid situation when support cannot help by themselves. on 4th hour of chat they asked to login on xbox 360. and that was it! but if i don't have one? managed to login on colleague's 360, it automatically fixed some x360 part of my account.
