Cant buy XBOX 360 Games on XBOX One

I want to buy Red Dead Redemption from German XBOX Marketplace. But Im unable to buy it. I have a Paypal Account registered to XBOX and tried to register my credit card but I cant buy any game. My account has 10€ which I can use for games but I can only
use it for XBOX One games, not for XBOX 360 games. I going to chat with the german XBOX Support Team but they didnt help me. All they say it, that I should try it on XBOX 360 console but I didnt have one. I tried to register my old serial number of XBOX 360
console that is defect since a year but it didnt help. Im a german Gold Member and I'm unable to get Kane & Lynch 2 too, because I should register a credit card that is always registered. Why I have to register a payment method if the game is free for me?
Im really pissed of because I cant get the games I want. Why I should pay for a gift card If I cant use it as I want? A few time ago I didnt need a credit card to get the XBOX 360 Gold games. Why I need it now and why I cant buy Red Dead Redemption. It cost
9,89€ at store and I bought a gift card for 10€ to use at store. I want to buy it! "Abwärtskompatiblität" like we say in germany didnt help, if I cant use it.

I'm very sorry to see any frustrations! Chat support is correct; if you do not see your PayPal as an option to use on the website, and do not have a credit/debit card on the account, then you will need to make the purchases on an Xbox 360. I do understand
the frustration surrounding this, and more information can be found on our
Marketplace Purchasing support article. Everything boils down to you need to add the payment methods on an Xbox 360, or make the purchase with currency on an Xbox 360. Needing a credit card to get Games with Gold for Xbox 360 games has been a requirement
on both the website and the Xbox One console; redeeming those games on an Xbox 360 has not required a card to be on the account.

Again, I am sorry to see frustrations with this situation. If you have any other issues with adding a credit/debit card to your account, be sure to reach out to chat or phone support again. They should be able to help you add that onto your account. Thanks
