    Can't buy Xbox 360 games on my Xbox One


    Why can I no longer buy Xbox 360 games on my Xbox One? It was so convenient, no I have to get online and log into Xbox.com in order to buy games. Is my Xbox messing up? Or did Microsoft just make a really dumb move on this?

    Hi there, Backwards Compatible games are still available to purchase on the Xbox One. If you are still having issues try a hard reset by pressing and holding the power button on your console and turning it back on.

    If the problem still persists, contact support.xbox.com

    You can't play 360 games on the xbox one. you'll have to buy the Xbox one version of the game.

    the same account works for both Xbox One and Xbox 360 you shouldn't have any problem buying the game try to buy it from the xbox One and if you can't then try to buy it from the xbox website

    What are you trying to but it with? Credit card? Microsoft credits? Are you on the 360 or Xbox one? If on the Xbox one you can't use Microsoft credit to buy 360 games.
