Can't buy Xbox 360 games from Xbox One or PC

Hello,

I've been trying to buy new games or redeem gold games for the Xbox 360 on both my Xbox One and my PC without any success. I can still access all my Xbox 360 content that I've bought when I still was using the 360, but I'm not able to buy anything new anymore.
It always tells me that there is no available credit card and asks me to add one. I do add one following the link proposed by the store, but when I try to buy the game again it just tells me the same as before, and asks me to add a new credit card.

I don't have access to my 360 anymore, so I can't check if buying the games there would work.

Is there anything I can do to unlock this situation once and for all?

Buy the game on PC again.

Licences on Xbox 360 or One can't be transfered to PC.

the same account works for both Xbox One and Xbox 360 you shouldn't have any problem buying the game try to buy it from the xbox One and if you can't then try to buy it from the xbox website

if you goto the following url to add a card does it then show up:

https://live.xbox.com/en-GB/ManagePaymentOptions/AddPaymentOption

this is for UK, so change en-gb to en-us if needed for america etc........

then browse the 360 marketplace on your pc using the link:

https://marketplace.xbox.com/games/Xbox360Games

and try again to get a game.

I've already added it from the website, both for Xbox One and 360 buys, but it's not working.
