    when i try to buy call of duty black ops for 360 on the Xbox Games Store it says

    What payment method are you using to buy the game?

    Remember, that on the Xbox.com website you HAVE TO use a payment method like PayPal or a Credit Card.

    You can NOT use prepaid Xbox Currency on your account on the Xbox One console or Xbox.com website.

    If you still have a real Xbox 360 console, you should be able to buy the game with currency on your account.

    Also know, that it might be necessary to add $25 (or similar amount in your local currency like 25€) to your PayPal temporarily, before you can buy something on Xbox.com or the Xbox One console.

    Also make sure, that on
    https://commerce.microsoft.com     your payment information and your personal information match the info on your Xbox account.
