Cant buy with credit card - URGENT, help please

any one help please i deleted the old credit card and have the new you card active and linked to my xbox account but still i cant buy games

im located in pakistan and i am using my brothers credit card he lives in australia my microsoft accounts location is located in australia which is where the card is located and the address and no i have 2 credit cards and cant use both of them. please help i want to buy the forza horizon 5 bundle also the card is not expired and has money in it.

I have the same problem cant buy it with my balance or credit card and tried clearing mac address still nothing tried deleting my account n put again still nothing please help

I cant buy games over 50 turkish liras with my credit card since november. I am trying to buy assasin's creed origins when its 88 liras but i cant. I spoke to bank and they said that has nothing to do with them. Please someone help me witg this
situation because discount is about to end.
