    Can't buy Windows Solitaire Collection premium edition for iPad


    Hi folks, I've been trying for weeks to buy the premium edition, but it doesn't work. There are four buttons with "per month", "per year", "purchase" and "cancel" (all in German, so I don't know the correct english terms). The two upper buttons are for paying
    (per month or per year) but there are no prises on. When I click one of them, I get a box with "Something was going wrong, the purchase couldn't get completed. Please try again and if the problem persists, contact our support" - what I do hereby. Can you help
    me? I like the game very much, but the advertising is annoying.

    Premium Edition of Solitaire Collection

    Why does my payment of a Premium Edition of the Solitaire Collection in my account () doesn't work in the Windows 8.1 version of the Solitaire Collection - it only seems to work in my Windows 10 version. We have two computers and I would have thought
    my account payment would be in my account, not a Windows version. I don't want to have to pay twice to get the premium edition for my Windows 8.1 computer.

    I have lost access to my Premium Edition as well that doesn't expire until October. Once I completed the update to the Windows Anniversary Edition, 1607, is when this happened. Every now and then (maybe 1 in 10 times) it will come up as Premium Edition,
    but most of the time it doesn't. I'm having no trouble with the Microsoft Mahjong Collection only the Microsoft Solitaire Collection.

    Did Microsoft just create an XBox account for me?

    When you first logged into Microsoft Solitaire Collection, it created a GamerTag/Username to be associated with the Microsoft Account used when opening Microsoft Solitaire Collection. This is used to track your progress(score, badges, achievements, etc).
    This GamerTag is generated randomly and may be changed(1 time for free) if you wish to do so.

    A 1 week free trial of Premium Edition is given when you first sign into Microsoft Solitaire Collection. The Premium Edition grants access to bonus exp, coins, tournaments etc, as well as Ad-Free. At the end of the free trial, you are given the option to
    purchase the Premium Edition subscription or continue to play free, without the Premium features.
