Can't buy using my credit card anymore

Hi guys,

I hope you all are fine.

I got a new replacement card, keeping the same card number, address and name, changing only the expire date and security code, after that my problem started.

I removed the old card in my account, added this new one, got the confirmation SMS, but every time I try to buy anything I got an error, like this:

PUR-ProcessorDeclined

yoa04aFIC0+Bv6cw.31.17

If I try to update the newly added card, I got an error like this:

30356--Um5FgAAAAAAAAAA-9038f67d-5631-48ae-a073-1c7876bd661e

I contacted my card holder and my card is fine, I can use it everywhere without a problem.

I already contacted Microsoft support chat a dozen times and no one could help me, so I'm here hoping you guys could help me.

Can't Use Microsoft Account Balance on xbox.com

Okay but why? It's been a year since they switched points to currency. They have no problem taking my credit card but Microsoft currency I actually purchased can't be used. So basically I shouldn't buy xbox cards anymore.

It can be possible that this card was used on a card before with a pending balance for subscription renewal which was not paid until declined. This is the one of the reasons Microsoft can block your card, so pay your dues.
