    Can't buy things...


    So I know this should be going on PayPal's support page or whatever, but I thought I would post it on here to see if anybody else is having this problem. The problem at hand is that I cannot use my PayPal account to buy things anymore, as it says that there
    is an authentication error and that I should see my payment provider. Now I would have done this and been on my way so that I could be done with this, but this problem only started after the new July update was released. I'm just saying that there might be

    I can access my games its the store that's the problem and its been like this for two or three days.

    I recently tried to go on the Xbox store using my Xbox one and it said the store was above my content restrictions I'm over 18 so I don't know why this is happening. me and my dad are trying to fix/figure out what's happening as I type this. I can't access
    the store or use codes at all my dad said that this shouldn't be happening. any help wold be useful at this point.

    I did try that, but I don't want to call them as I'm busy most of the time, and when I have free time I game, which is why I wanted to buy some Fallout 4 DLC for myself, and the billing section did not address my issue at all

    I'm sorry that you are unable to add a valid payment method for your Xbox. Unfortunately, there is not much we can do to help you.

    First and foremost, you should naturally ensure that you have selected Canada as your location.
    Go to Settings > System > Language & Location and ensure your location is set to Canada.

    Additionally, you should try an alternative connection to the one you are using, or ask your provider if the fact that you are being identified as being in the USA could be due to the IP address they have assigned to you.

    I can only suggest, as you may already know, using gift cards for your purchases.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    To fix this, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    ​​​

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    If that didn't work try purchasing the game on the website. Make sure that you’re signed in under the correct account when buying the game.
