Can´t Buy the Game Pass 1€ (offer) - Technical issue

I want to buy the 1 dollar promotion of the game pass ultimate and I have enough money to buy the promotion and I get that option of how I will pay the rest for the next month but I will not pay the following month

The T&C for the $1 doller offer state that you need too have a credit card or debit card on file for the offer. You would need too add a card for that offer and you be then able too use the Microsoft account blance for the offer. Once you taken up the offer
you can turn off auto billing and then remove the card if you dont want furture changes on the account. If you dont have a card then you wouldnt be able too get that offer.

Thank you for the swift reply. I understand why the £1 offer no longer works. What i cant understand is why it didnt initially.

I can only imagine that due to some technical difficulty the £1 offer did not process correctly and then i went to the redeem code page to redeem the 3 months. I came here to find out if anything could be done to restore/resolve this issue. I only purchased
3 months as a top up to the £1 offer. Without the offer i would not have activated xbox game pass.

Hi I don't think the code will work but if you go to the game pass menu there is an £1 offer where you can get the game pass for 1 month and then it is £11.99 a month but you do not need to buy a gold live membership.

Hello guys, i want to understand how does 1$ ultimate game pass can be gained

for example i am buying ultimate game pass for last 1 year and did not even get 1$ pass once and at the same time my brother is getting this offer almost every month, does it has any explanation?

I think it is a promotion that appears from time to time in the accounts, mostly in those who have never obtained this offer.

their account at no extra charge "
