I mean, just make sure that your account region is Nigeria

And that your payment method is registered to make purchases in Nigeria

For unsupported regions there is no workarounds or similar.

You may need to wait for now

Nigeria is not a supported region, this I why it’s not possible to you purchase games or subscriptions.

My location is Lagos Nigeria, i have used master Card/Visa Credit card for subscription and game purchase on Microsoft store, and secondly i also tried to use gift cards of which the value is more than the game, of which it keeps asking for additional payment method.

This request for additional payment method requires me to input my debit card which will eventually fail.

During this period of input my debit card my account will be charged while the card will be reject.

I have new Xbox S that requires i buy games online, but am unable to use it.
