Can't buy stuff after an xbox live update

Note: This is my first time using the forums and i did not know where to put this

So a couple of days ago I had gold, and then i went offline to my friends house (which i played offline) and played thief (not the issue), and then i came back and there was an update for my 360 slim console, and then i couldn't play online and my xbox would
not even connect to the internet on my gamertag, so i waited for a day and i had silver on my account and i was getting an error code (forgot which one) when i tried to get gold, and i get can't authorize the selected payment method when i try and buy something,
trouble is i have been using this card a 2 months after i got my 360, and it isn't mine (it is my mum's credit card), also the credit card worked fine when i used it on my 3ds, and i can't remove the payment method from my account either, so i had to get a
pre-paid 3 months card).

Also I can't ring tech support cause 1. i am shy on the phone and two i don't know how to do it ( i know the number).

Xbox 360 Payment glitches and issues

Okay so I bought live it did a double glitch and charge me twice on the xbox live. After that I canceled the auto renew payment option and now it just won't let me buy any live with my card. But I can still buy like dlcs,games and stuff i just can't buy
any more xbox live is there a reason to this?

I can't believe this I don't know how to mod an xbox and I buy stuff legitimately off the xbox live market place... So does this mean I have to buy a new xbox or no xbox live?

If you could get the error code again, and then write it down (so you don't forget.) you can then go here (
support.xbox.com/.../error-code-lookup ) and then enter the code. Once you search the code it should direct you to a link where your problem should hopefully be solved.

 

Could this topic be locked, it either fixed itself or someone from microsoft fixed and thanks Semi for your answer also the error code was: 80190864, and if someone from microsoft did fix it thanks.........
