Can't buy/rent on xbox video

Any time I attempt to rent/buy a vid on xbox video I receive the message:

"Sorry, you can't buy videos right now- To make a purchase, you need to be in the region for your Xbox profile. If you've moved permanently, change your region at account.xbox.com."

Only, I never moved & most certainly live in the same region & have even attempted updating it on the website anyway but still, I receive the same message & remain unable to purchase anything... Somebody please help?

No confirm purchase button on Xbox Video

I went to go rent/purchase a few movies from Xbox Video today and the "confirm purchase" button is gone... All I can do is click "add payment option".

When I click add payment option, it has my stored credit card already. When I click on my card it takes me back to the rent/purchase screen... But still no confirm purchase button...

I can buy ME points and buy music off Xbox Music... But can't do anything on Xbox Video...

 

moving from Hong Kong to Canada but can't access xbox video

hi I have moved from Hong Kong to Canada and migrated my account, but I still can't access the xbox video. I want to rent or buy movie in xbox but it said my current location is not supported.
