Can't Buy Red Dead Redemption - Getting an Error

Is there a solution yet? I have the same problem but tried downloading a dlc and didn't got the error to that, The problems only with the main game

tried buying in on the xbox marketplace but get an error saying - 8c010003



really sucks!

 

Rumor: Red Dead Redemption 2 at E3 this year, releasing in 2017. Red Dead Redemption Remaster 2016.

Bububu I already have Red Dead Redemption on my xbox1 with BC.

So how again is Rockstar not allowing that?

 

Have the same problem (austrian store) -.- tried the last few days in browser (cleared cache / incognito mode) nothing works Thanks for the free dlc though

 

Purchase and Content Usage from xbox.com/status just went from limited to normal but I still can't buy Red Dead Redeption... "Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again." I just want to buy a game... FOR MORE THAN 3 DAYS NOW! Same case
with Rainbow Six Vegas2 on Xbox Live, even though it's free... I hope it gets fixed before sale ends.

 

And now deals are going up for "last chance".... greeeat.

 

Oops, never mind, they seem to be working on the situation.

 

Can't buy it still has anyone manage yet.

 

Here it is several days later and I am still unable to purchase this game. And the sale is ending soon.

 

I've managed to buy RDR this morning. First I updated all my payment options. As there were a couple expired. I removed all payment options and added only one that would work. Then I was able to actually purchase RDR.

Same problem here. I can't buy rdr or any other discounted x360 games, but I can buy normal priced x360 games and xbox one games just fine. What is the point of this sale if we are not able to buy anything?

 

This problem is taking way to long to be fixed . I can't wait to play this game.

Thank you all for the continued reports. There are several factors that are in play when purchasing Xbox 360 games and content, and I wanted to make sure we run through some of the possible causes for purchasing errors.

If you're still running into purchasing issues, the most common error we come across is related to regions. You must physically be located in a region that this content is available in. In addition, you must be located in an Xbox Live supported region
in order to purchase content. You can find a list of supported Xbox Live regions over at our Xbox Live Countries page. If the region you're physically located in is not on that list,
unfortunately there isn't a solution we can provide as you must be located in an Xbox Live supported region.

Additionally, if your Xbox Live account region does not reflect the region you're physically located in, you will run into purchasing errors such as this. Make sure that your account region matches your physical region to avoid any content restriction errors.
If your account region and physical region do not match, the best next step is to visit our Xbox Live Region Migration page to begin the process of matching everything
up.

Additional causes can be due to not having a credit card on file, or trying having a child account, which is detailed in our Xbox 360 Purchasing Sticky.

This is completely unacceptable. We keep getting the same awful and unhelpful response. I guess Microsoft doesn't need the money...
