    Can't buy RDR in Microsoft shop


    My platform is Xbox One, I want to buy Red Dead Redemption digital version during Black Friday promotion, the system allowed me to purchased DLCs of the game but denied my purchase of the main software. Could you please check if there is anything wrong with
    X-live shop?

    Did you buy the digital version of RDR? If so, are you on the same Xbox/Microsoft account you used to purchase RDR?

    Buying from UK to croatia

    So i want to buy xbox one x and it doesn't exist in Croatia on any gaming or technology shop so i went here on Microsoft shop to buy it , i passed all the questions and when i put my post cod it says incorrectly formatted postcode... does that means i can't

    I loved RDR and have rebought it for the online, but could never get into the undead nightmare side of it.



    L.A Noire i've had preorder for A LONG time, and can't wait....but its not a rockstar game...so don't buy it just because you liked RDR :p

    Same problem here. I can't buy rdr or any other discounted x360 games, but I can buy normal priced x360 games and xbox one games just fine. What is the point of this sale if we are not able to buy anything?

    I'm sorry to see any purchasing issues! That error generally means there was a problem with a part of the game itself. Go ahead and uninstall the game by right-clicking on it in your Start menu, then install it again from the Store. Let me know if your purchases
    still aren't working after that. :)
