    Hey!

    I keep getting this error whilst trying to buy things in the store, or more specifically when I try to add a credit card. I checked my region and as far as I can tell my account is set to Sweden as is my current location. However, when I try to add a credit
    card it tells me that my (correct) postal code is incorrect. Is there anything I can do about this? Is my account in the wrong region?

    I am trying to add a UAE credit card to my payment options but it keeps telling me the postal code is incorrect. I have already changed my region from GB to UAE, and managed to enter my UAE billing information separately (where my PO Box was accepted in
    the postal code field). But now I want to add the credit card it says "Check your postal code and try again." I assume MSFT would like my money, but they sure don't make it easy! Any solutions? Surely I am not the first with this issue. Thx ps. why can't I
    search the forums? Or am I missing something?

    Check your account at
    http://commerce.microsoft.com
    It'll tell you there what region your account is set for. If it's not Sweden, you would need to migrate your account.

  7. Yes and that works fine, I can't use it though cause anytime I want to buy anything it tells me to add a new card and that doesn't work.

    That's odd. Make sure if you're using the website, that the region of the website is correct (you can change it in the bottom left corner of the site).

    Otherwise, you may want to contact support and speak to billing.
