Can't buy or redeem any codes from store

    Can't buy or redeem any codes from store


    I transferred my Xbox 360 profile to a new microsoft account to use with the xbox one I just got. I tried to buy Halo 5 and it showed a 1025 purchase entitlement with some kind of sorry message. The game never downloaded and it still billed me. I got a refund
    and tried to use the gears of war code that came with my bundle. Same message. After trying a few different free games nothing will download with the same message.

    I can't buy or redeem codes from store, when I do that the screen doesn't load and then it takes me back to the game or the item I want to buy, I got the problem like a week ago, please help Can't buy or redeem any codes from store :(

    I bought a genuine CD from Jericho, can I change the steam activation code?

    You can redeem it on steam.

    You can't redeem a steam code on the xbox/microsoft store platform. You MUST buy it digitally on the microsoft store to use it on xbox live/windows live.

    If you've redeemed a gift card then you can use the funds to buy any digital content from the store.

    You can't use currency in your account to by xbox live.
