    Can't buy on Xbox avatar app on windows 10 and cant sign into games


    So im having this big problem i was downloading some games off the window store which i am given the option to sign into the game but every time i click the sign in button it says signing in but then it says sign in again and also theres another problem
    every time when i try to buy an avatar item on the Xbox Avatars App nothing works every time i try to buy something it keeps loading and nothing happens i waited for almost half hour and nothing help please help me!

    Changing gamer tag

    You can't change a gamertag into a previously owned one but you could sign in to the Windows 10 Xbox app with the old one though.

    This link will give you you all the info you need to sign in to the Xbox app on Windows 10.

    You can't change a gamertag into a previously owned one but you could sign in to the Windows 10 Xbox app with the old one though.
